(1) The Architects Registration Board in your state or territory
determines the standards
for the registration and professional conduct of architects.
It also provides a means
of resolving disputes.
(2) The Royal
Australian Institute of Architects
- Architects who are members
of the Royal Australian Institute of Architects (RAIA), must
abide by the RAIA Code of Professional Conduct. The RAIA is an industry self-regulating
body that has the power
to reprimand, suspend and
expel members whose conduct is contrary to the Code.
