To complain about a weight loss program or company

(1) Weight Management Code Administration Council of Australia

The Weight Management Code Administration Council of Australia administers

the Weight Loss Code of Practice.

The Council is made up of industry and consumer representatives and

has an independent chairman.

Members of the Council include organisations such as Jenny Craig, Lite'n Easy,

Weight Watchers and Meditrim.

The Code is voluntary, so you should check whether the company

you are dealing with has adopted it.

The Council takes complaints from customers anywhere in Australia.
