- (2) In Western Australia each retirement village must have a Village Disputes Committee
- which will take your complaint. It that does not help sort out your dispute, you can go to the
- WA Retirement Villages Dispute Tribunal that can assist you if the dispute remains unresolved.

on-line.
The Code is mandatory and
covers all retirement village operators, unless they have an
exemption
