- (1) The Northern Territory has its Retirement Villages Code of Practice on-line.
- The Code is mandatory and covers all retirement village operators, unless they have an exemption
- operated by the Minister. Go to the NT site and then click on Codes of Practice.
- (2) In Western Australia each retirement village must have a Village Disputes Committee
- which will take your complaint. It that does not help sort out your dispute, you can go to the
- WA Retirement Villages Dispute Tribunal that can assist you if the dispute remains unresolved.
