            You can lodge a complaint with your state or territory Consumer Affairs/Fair Trading / Consumer Protection agency (see links for these offices below).
             
            Important information

            From 1 January 2011, under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, the same product safety laws apply in all Australian states and territories.
