(1) The Furnishing Industry Association of Australia (FIAA)
The FIAA will investigate complaints about the conduct of its members. Contact your State or Territory office on the numbers below for advice, but you may have to put the matter in writing also. To help resolve your dispute, an independent expert opinion can be obtained. There is a charge for this.
