ADMA is the industry association for the direct marketing industry. It has about 400 members who agree to abide by the ADMA Code of Practice.
If you have a complaint about a purchase you have made by mail, internet, telephone or from a catalogue,
or the marketing behaviour of the company concerned, you can complain to the ADMA Code Authority.

The DSAA is the national association for companies that distribute and sell goods and services
directly to you in your home or workplace, rather than at a fixed retail location. Membership is not compulsory.
DSAA members include companies such as Amway, Tupperware, Herbal Life and Avon.
