ADMA is the industry association for the direct marketing industry. It has about 400 members who agree to abide by the ADMA Code of Practice.
If you have a complaint about a purchase you have made by mail, internet, telephoneor from a catalogue, or the marketing behaviour of the company concerned,you can complain to the ADMA Code Authority.
