          (3) Codes of Practice that may help you
          • The Credit Union Code of Practice will help you understand your rights and responsibilities and those of your credit union.
          • The Consumer Credit Code must be followed by all credit providers in Australia. Go to the National Consumer Credit Code website for more information.
          • The Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Code of Practice protects you when you're using electronic funds transfer - for example, when you get money out of an ATM, buy goods or services on EFTPOS, do telephone or internet banking, or use your credit card over the phone or internet. Go to the EFT Code on the ASIC site.
