To complain about a community service provider
- As far as we are aware, there is only one specific purpose agency in Australia
- that deals with this type of complaint . That's the Community Services Commission in NSW
- which deals with NSW complaints only.
- We will include similar information for other states as we are able to.
- NOTE: From 1 December 2002, the Commission merged with the NSW Ombudsman. We are checking how that affects the old contact details. In the meantime, contact details for the Ombudsman's office can be found on our site here.
- NSW Community Services Commission (CSC)
- The Commission is an independent government watchdog for consumers of community
- services in New South Wales. Its staff work to ensure that your needs, interests and rights
