            FCDRS will deal with your complaint if your Building Society is one of its members.
            Ring FCDRS or your Building Society to check on membership.


            FCDRS will take complaints about a wide range of activities, including disputed
            ATM transactions and unauthorised transactions via EFTPOS or credit cards.
